1. Using the website
You may use our website for lawful, personal shopping. Please don't interfere with how it works, attempt to access other customers' information or copy content with automated tools.
2. Product descriptions
We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately, but screen settings can affect colours and manufacturers may update designs or packaging. If an item isn't as described, see our returns policy.
3. Prices and taxes
Prices are shown in US dollars. Alaska has no state sales tax and the Municipality of Anchorage has no local sales tax, so we don't add sales tax at checkout. Shipping charges are shown in your cart before you pay. If an item is mispriced, we'll contact you before shipping so you can decide whether to proceed.
4. Your order
Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we accept when we dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order due to stock levels, a pricing error or suspected fraud, and will refund any payment in full.
5. Payment methods
We accept major credit and debit cards and PayPal. Cash on delivery is available on orders under $250 for a $3.00 handling fee.
6. Promo codes
One promo code can be applied per order. Codes have no cash value, can't be applied retrospectively and may be changed or ended at any time.
7. Shipping and delivery
We ship to addresses in the United States. Standard shipping costs $6.95 and is free on orders over $50 after discounts; express shipping costs $16.95. Delivery times are estimates, and remote Alaska locations may take longer. We aren't responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather or other events outside our control. Risk passes to you on delivery.
8. Gift cards and memberships
These are delivered digitally, are governed by the issuer's terms and can't be returned once delivered unless the law requires otherwise.
9. Intellectual property
All website content and design belong to Best Collection Shop or its licensors. Third-party product names and trademarks belong to their owners.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any product is limited to its purchase price, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in Anchorage, Alaska.
